Radhai Sridharan has led Pilmora Systems from its founding 2004 to 4 consecutive years of revenue growth and 4 consecutive years of cash-flow positive performance. Her market vision, leadership, entrepreneurial philosophy, and commitment to ethical business practices has enabled Pilmora Systems to consistently grow and achieve remarkable levels of customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Pilmora Management views employees to be the company’s most valuable asset, and Radhai helps facilitate Pilmora’s continued growth while maintaining a strategic focus on the development of its people. As CEO, Radhai is responsible for managing the current and future growth of Pilmora’s employees and ensuring the company has skilled and committed talent throughout the entire organization.

Radhai holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) Degree in Electronics & Communications Information and Telecommunication Systems and a Diploma in Computer applications.

She holds membership in several local organizations And is involved in community services helping many charitable organizations in US & India.
